AGOG can join a project at concept stage or work into an established training plan. We work with training leads, exercise planners, engineers, designers and delivery teams to turn the objective into something that can be built, operated safely, repeated and reset.
Short lead times and changing requirements are normal. The process usually looks like this:
1) Given a training objective, exercise plan or trial requirement, we identify where physical conditions, close-action effects, builds or other practical interventions can add value
2) We provide an outline of the proposed approach, including equipment, builds, environmental conditions and interfaces with other systems
3) We meet on site with the relevant stakeholders to check practicalities, access, safety and control
4) We provide an outline budget covering materials, personnel, logistics and timing
5) Scope, responsibilities and constraints are agreed and contracted
6) We design, build, adapt or procure the equipment, rigs and devices needed, alongside the supporting insurance, risk assessments and third-party arrangements
7) We manage deployment, operation, resets, reconfiguration and recovery, including international shipping and cross-border logistics where required.
